Eric Arzaga is a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and mentor dedicated to helping others succeed in business, real estate, and life. With a career built on leadership, service, and adaptability, he brings a unique perspective to every project he takes on.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Eric served five years as an Army Officer, where he led diverse teams, managed multi-million-dollar operations, and developed a deep expertise in project management, logistics, and organizational leadership. His time in uniform instilled a lifelong commitment to integrity, discipline, and service—values that continue to guide his work today.

Now based in Los Angeles, Eric is a licensed real estate agent serving clients across Southern California. He leverages his leadership background and local market knowledge to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with confidence.

In addition to real estate, Eric is the founder of Arzaga Media, a creative agency specializing in website development and video content. The company designs modern, mobile-friendly websites that help businesses establish credibility and attract customers, while also producing impactful videos that boost social media engagement. To date, Arzaga Media has delivered over 100 projects across multiple industries, helping clients share their unique stories, strengthen their online presence, and grow their brands.

Passionate about mentorship, Eric also speaks, coaches, and facilitates workshops for transitioning service members, veterans, and young professionals. His mission is to equip the next generation of leaders with the mindset, communication skills, and strategies they need to thrive in both civilian careers and entrepreneurial ventures.
